CYA Aviation LLC ("CYA Aviation," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent aircraft advisory firm based in Gainesville, Florida, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit cyaaero.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Discretion is central to how we work. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to understand how the Site is used, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to the Site and to anyone who contacts us through the Site's inquiry form or by email. It does not cover information we receive in the course of an engagement, which is governed by the terms of that engagement and by our confidentiality obligations to our clients.
2. Information you provide to us
When you submit the inquiry form on the Site, we receive the information you enter. The form asks for your first and last name, your email address, your preferred contact method, the service you are interested in, and your message. Providing a phone number is optional.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether and how we can assist you, and to communicate with you about potential or ongoing advisory services. We do not add inquiry contacts to any marketing list, and we do not send newsletters or promotional email.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by the analytics and hosting services we use. This may include your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and version, device type and screen size, operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay, how you scroll and click, and the site or search engine that referred you.
We use this information to understand how visitors use the Site, to identify and fix problems with how pages display or load, and to protect the Site against abuse. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the information you submit through the inquiry form.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics purposes. These are set by the third-party services described in Section 5. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not run advertising on the Site.
When you first visit the Site, a notice asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs without setting cookies and Microsoft Clarity does not run at all. If you decline, that remains the case for your visit. Your choice is stored on your device for twelve months, and you can change your cookie preferences at any time.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Doing so does not affect your ability to view the Site or to contact us. Google also offers a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Third-party services we use
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Site. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function, and each is bound by its own privacy terms.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure Site traffic and usage. Google processes this data on our behalf under its privacy terms, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the Site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This helps us improve the Site's layout and usability. Usage data is captured through first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Web3Forms. Inquiry form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, which delivers them to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the contents of your submission for that purpose. Its privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.
Google Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google.
Hosting. The Site is hosted by GoDaddy in the United States. As with any web host, GoDaddy maintains server logs and may collect performance and traffic data as part of operating the hosting service.
6. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With the service providers listed in Section 5, to the extent needed for them to perform their functions.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful request by a public authority.

9. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communications, or for as long as required by applicable law. If an inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we do not retain it indefinitely. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention settings of the services described in Section 5.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to the Site and restricted access to our email and systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
